Our new Click & Collect solution enables retailers and brands to maximise potential sales opportunities when a customer visits a store, by displaying complementary products or items from the Customer's Wishlist at the Click & Collect service point.


MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE POINTS
In general, when a customer visits a store to collect their package they provide an order number at a till point, or using a self-serve kiosk, and tend to leave the store with their item(s).
With our new Click & Collect solution, a customer scans a QR code from their email confirmation using a self-serve kiosk, or existing Click & Collect service point.
DRIVE SALES WITH COMPLEMENTARY PRODUCTS
Your customer’s order then appears on the kiosk screen and displays a selection of recommended products to complement what they have ordered; whether that be outfit recommendations or suggested items from your extended range.
Whilst your store team member goes to collect the order, your customer can peruse the other items that could either ‘Complete their Look’ or complement the items they are collecting.


UPSELL FROM YOUR CUSTOMER'S 'WISHLIST'
Where your customer has an Account with you, the customer’s 'Wishlist' can also be shown.
Any items available to buy in-store there and then are displayed, along with any out-of-stock items that can still be ordered on the kiosk.
