Having opened 50 new outlets in 2016, Quiz are a fast fashion retailer with almost 300 stores and concessions across the world and growing quickly.

Quiz were looking for ways in which to bring digital in-store to improve the customer experience and drive sales growth in their stores. Having worked with the One iota team for many years, they were asked to help support a trial of the assisted selling in-store iPad solution to measure the impact on customer satisfaction and sales.

One iota’s assisted selling iPad solution

Starting with an integration to MESH, One iota’s industry-proven commerce platform, the teams worked together to deliver an assisted selling iPad solution that runs a Quiz branded native iOS App.

The solution consists of an iPad mini, encapsulated in a carry case fitted with a PCI compliant Chip & PIN and contactless payment device, running Adyen’s leading omni-channel payments solution. The iPad solution is designed to be easily carried around the store by sales assistants.

With the entire product range now available on the iPad, store staff are able to engage with customers to help them find what they are looking for and also promote Quiz’s extended range in every store. With faceted search, filter and refine functionality, the iPad app provides shoppers with a seamless shopping experience right through to checkout. A number of payment methods and and delivery methods are offered to make the journey as easy and convenient as possible.
