Al Mana continue to drive their digital transformation by deploying One iota’s in-store kiosk apps into their GOSport (ME) store in the Dubai Marina Mall

Having already launched One iota’s endless aisle mobile app, Qatari based conglomerate Al Mana have now also activated the in-store kiosk app in their Go Sport (ME) store in the stunning Dubai Marina Mall. Interesting fact, the Dubai Marina area is the largest man–made marina in the world covering 4.9 square kilometers !

As part of their digital transformation strategy Al Mana are relentlessly focussed on creating seamless omnichannel customer journeys and elevating the customer experience. The kiosk app allows customers to browse and buy and can also act as an assisted selling tool for store teams when helping customers find items or build outfits.

An integration to the Shopify ecommerce platform was created using One iota’s MESH Connect solution leading to the launch of the endless aisle app a number of months ago. This same integration was then leveraged to launch the kiosk application, the app running as a cloud based managed service by One iota.
