Support Coordinator

Location: This role is available in our Manchester office.

Responsibilities

 

Due to  increased demand from our client base of retailers and fashion brands, we are looking for a talented support coordinator to join our team in Manchester. 

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, with great communication skills who is looking to make a start in their IT career. 

Working within our support team, you will be responsible for assisting our customers by communicating (phone, email and tickets) to help to resolve any issues they may have. 

You will have a collaborative attitude that embraces colleagues, clients and other vendors in order to deliver the very best retail experiences using leading technology.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Monitoring support board for new tickets 

  • Answering support phone calls

  • Issue  identification and resolution via phone and written communications

  • Testing and issue reproduction

  • Identifying improvements to processes

  • Setting-up hardware (PCs, iPads and  other hardware)

  • Repairing hardware

Requirements

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent technology skills - are you the go to person when friends/family need something fixed?

  • Proficiency in common technology -Windows, iOS , Android and networking set-up  and the ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Organised and diligent 

Bonus points for

 

  • IT related qualifications

  • Experience of a support role

  • Experience of customer facing communications

  • Demonstrable written skills
