CREATING COMPELLING IN-STORE BRAND EXPERIENCES & CUSTOMER JOURNEYS
As part of its focus on creating compelling in-store brand experiences and customer journeys, HUGO BOSS wanted to explore ways in which it could improve customer interaction through new digital channels in its stores across the globe. Particular focus was on the integration of digital technology and "community spaces" within its bricks-and-mortar spaces.
MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS ON ONE PLATFORM
As a key technology partner, we're working with HUGO BOSS' Retail and IT competence centre teams design and develop a number of digital apps to further enhance their customers' experience and maximise sales conversions. These apps are managed and controlled through MESH, our cloud-based platform, which runs in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment to ensure global availability, scalability and reliability.
Deployed on self-serve kiosks, the kiosk app enables HUGO BOSS to create an endless aisle in-store - selling its extended ranges and out-of-stock items so the retailer never misses a sale.
Along with the shoppable mode, the kiosk also has a mirror mode that the customer can switch to at any time and a digital signage mode to display branded content.
In standby mode, the kiosks provide the opportunity to display digital signage, offering a new medium for the brand to display dynamic content, seasonal campaigns and product information, to entice, inspire and engage its customers in-store.
Via MESH Control, image and video playlists can be scheduled to run at individual store locations or on individual kiosks.
