MANCHESTER, UK, 3 July 2020 – Today, One iota, a leading provider of cloud-based digital solutions, announced a strategic management buyout of its business unit from Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions. One iota is focused on helping global retailers and brands enhance the customer shopping experience and drive retail sales conversions both online and offline.
One iota became part of Aptean’s product portfolio through the September 2019 acquisition of Sanderson Group plc, a UK-based provider of software and managed services. Going forward, One iota will continue to be led by Managing Director Christian Brooks and the business will remain focused on its core solutions, as well as developing new offerings for retailers and brands.
