Reimagine the Fitting Room Experience

Blend digital convenience with physical confidence — delivering personalised, data-driven try-on experiences that delight customers and drive sales.

Fitting rooms are where buying decisions happen — but they’re often disconnected from the rest of your customer experience.

One iota’s Digital Fitting Room solutions bring your eCommerce capabilities in-store, creating a connected, interactive experience powered by RFID and smart devices.

Customers can request sizes, see product information, and get recommendations — all without leaving the room.

The Challenge

Traditional fitting rooms are a black hole for data and service. Customers try products in isolation, with no link to inventory or digital recommendations. This disconnect impacts revenue,  limits upsell opportunities and loses valuable insight into customer behaviour.

The stores at multi-channel retail Urban Jungle, part of Hudson Holdings Group, are designed for sneakers and streetwear lovers creating a place that brings together music, fashion and art. Given their customer demographic as part of their digital transformation plans the team wanted to utilise their social content in-store, bringing additional energy and movement into these store spaces. The initial phase to deliver social content via a kiosk framework and then additional functionality to then make the social images shoppable to drive sales conversion as well.
